This cape shows the typical ridge vent installation that allows excess heat and condensation to escape from the attic before damage can occur.

This gambrel has a custom built vent on the peak that allows for a whole house fan to exhaust the heat on hot summer days. The carpentry work was completed on the job site. The flashing and louvers were fabricated in our own sheet metal shop.
